1. The contract
The Customer has read and understood, and agrees to Wiseway's Standard Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions for the operation, establishment and use of a credit account.
2. Amount of Credit
The amount of credit extended to the Customer is subject to periodic review and may be increased, decreased, or revoked by Wiseway in its discretion.
3. Credit Account
The Customer agrees to keep the account current and pay each invoice according to its terms.
4. Payment
Unpaid invoices may become immediately due and payable together with collection costs, legal fees, and default interest.
5. Security for performance
Wiseway may require a bank guarantee, director guarantee, shareholder guarantee, or other acceptable security.
6. Passing of Risk
Goods are carried at the Customer's risk. Wiseway recommends arranging insurance against loss or damage.
7. Assignment
The Customer must not assign the Contract without Wiseway's written consent.
8. Waiver
Failure by Wiseway to enforce obligations does not constitute waiver unless recorded in writing.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms for Credit Accounts are construed according to the laws of New South Wales.
